About

Our principal consultant is Tim Woods --an executive coach and consultant to leaders and their teams.

Tim builds empathy quickly, while being prepared to challenge the leaders and teams he works with to step outside their comfort zone in order to achieve lasting, transformational change.

He will work with you to determine your needs. And can also pull in some of our other, associate coaches, as required, to meet your needs.   

Qualifications

Tim is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with with International Coaches Federation (ICF), with over 700 hours of coaching experience. He has an MBA, over 15 years delivering training in in business and economics education, and multiple certifications in team facilitation and performance coaching. With a background in entrepreneurship and marketing, he brings to his work a keen understanding of markets and people. 

Tim is also committed to his personal development as a coach --undergoing regular CPD and supervision. He stays on the cutting-edge of areas such as 1:1 coaching, team performance and enhancing leaders' capabilities.

Tim lives with his wife and 3 kids in Singapore. He also enjoys teaching, writing and he has travelled to over 60 countries.
